As planned, the announcement ceremony will take place from 8:00 a.m. on June 30, 2025, at the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Officials (Ward 12, Binh Thanh District).
The ceremony will be broadcast live on Ho Chi Minh City Television, relayed to the localities of Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Binh Duong provinces and online to 168 points in wards, communes and special zones of Ho Chi Minh City.
According to SGGP reporters, on the morning of June 29 at the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Officials, units were urgently completing all work for this event. Right at the entrance, many banners and slogans welcoming the event were hung up. The announcement ceremony was held at the hall of the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Officials with a capacity of 1,000 seats.
