Through that, Women's Unions at all levels have promoted the spirit of mutual love and support, helping poor and disadvantaged women to improve their lives.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Van - President of the Women's Union of Pleiku City - said: Models such as "Love Rice Jar", "Piggy Bank", "Saving to buy health insurance", "Supporting health insurance for disadvantaged women and children" ... have contributed to arousing the spirit of sharing among cadres and members.
From 2016 to present, through the models, the Association has mobilized more than 1.87 billion VND, supporting nearly 1,000 disadvantaged women and 53 orphans; coordinated to donate 3 houses to former female youth volunteers and poor women. The program "Accompanying poor women" has contributed to building 7 "Shelters of love" in Pleiku city, Kon Gang commune (Dak Doa district) and Ia Mo commune (Chu Prong district) with a total value of over 310 million VND.
In parallel, from 2016 to present, the Association at all levels in the city has mobilized to help 8,485 members with nearly 80,000 working days, 15,638 breeding animals, more than 250,000 seedlings; helped over 4,000 members with interest-free loans of over 2 billion VND, 60 taels of gold; provided non-refundable assistance of over 100 million VND and introduced jobs to 3,771 female workers. Many savings models have been effectively maintained such as "Revolving savings", "Savings of 5,000 VND/month", helping women have capital to invest in production.
Notably, in the movement "Mobilizing ethnic minority members to change their thinking, practice saving on spending, and strive to escape poverty sustainably in the period of 2017-2021", the Association at all levels has built 24 models of "Ethnic minority women save 5-10 million VND" with 330 members, with a total savings of nearly 1.3 billion VND. This fund is used to buy agricultural vehicles, household items, repair houses, build hygienic toilets, etc.
The Women's Union of Chu Prong town also focuses on studying and following Uncle Ho's example through practical models. Ms. Dinh Thi Ha - President of the Women's Union of the town - said: In 2023, the Union was assigned by the Town Party Committee to help Bo village, with the goal of supporting people to change their thinking and ways of doing things, and rise out of poverty.
Accordingly, the Association has coordinated to review poor and near-poor households and develop plans to carry out specific tasks such as supporting livelihoods, repairing houses, establishing women's groups to save from 5,000 VND/month or more, giving gifts to women in difficulty, sponsoring orphans... thereby creating motivation to help women gradually rise up and stabilize their lives.

Sharing about creative ways of studying and following Uncle Ho, Ms. Ro Cham H'Hong - President of the Provincial Women's Union - said: In recent times, the Union at all levels has implemented many meaningful models associated with the practical life of its members. A typical example is the campaign " Gia Lai Women with Uncle Ho's savings jar of rice", from which many models such as "Pepper garden of love", "Raising cows of love", "Raising piggy banks", "Fund of love" have spread...
Through the movements, the whole province has mobilized more than 5 billion VND, nearly 580 tons of rice, nearly 80,000 piggy banks, helping nearly 20,000 women in difficult circumstances. In addition, from 2016 to present, the Association has established 315 clubs "Ethnic minority women save 5-10 million VND", "Save for funerals, weddings" ... helping more than 5,400 poor and near-poor women households; of which 2,464 households have escaped poverty.
Not only focusing on supporting women in economic development, the Women's Union at all levels also actively preserves and promotes traditional cultural values through models such as: "Women's gongs", "Brocade weaving", "Women with traditional musical instruments"... The whole province has built and expanded 352 "Model women's villages" in 185 communes, contributing to building new rural areas associated with maintaining security and order at the grassroots level...
To meet the requirements of the new period, the Association has integrated learning and following Uncle Ho with the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's", contributing to the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas. 100% of the Association's bases have registered and implemented 3,320 specific and practical tasks. Over the past 10 years, women in the whole province have contributed to building over 78,000 km of "Flower Roads", developing over 71,000 green vegetable gardens, digging nearly 68,000 septic tanks, and donating thousands of square meters of land for rural roads.
“The specific figures and actions are vivid evidence of the creativity, flexibility and dedication of the staff of the Women's Union at all levels. This shows that studying and following Uncle Ho does not stop at slogans, but has permeated deeply into life, becoming a regular action, with a strong influence on every female staff and member in the whole province,” affirmed the President of the Provincial Women's Union.
