"Sea of ​​people" flock to the Exhibition "80 years of journey of Independence-Freedom-Happiness" before the closing day

Before the closing day (September 15), the Exhibition of National Achievements on the 80th Anniversary of National Day, with the theme "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" is still attracting a large number of people and tourists to visit and experience.

The exhibition of National Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day, with the theme "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" officially opened for free to serve the people and visitors from August 28.

According to statistics, during the 13 days of opening (from August 28 to September 9), the number of visitors to the Exhibition is estimated at 6,680,000, of which during peak times, there were days when the number reached more than 1 million visitors.

During the exhibition, many international delegations visited the exhibition, such as: Lao high-ranking delegation (led by General Secretary and President Thongloun Sisoulith); Cambodian high-ranking delegation (led by President of the Cambodian People's Party and President of the Cambodian Senate Hun Sen); Russian, Lao, Cambodian and Cuban military delegations; delegations of embassies of various countries...

The fact that the Exhibition has attracted the attention of a large number of people and visitors is a great joy and encouragement for the Organizing Committee and the units participating in the Exhibition; proving the professionalism, modernity, attractive, rich and lively content and form of the Exhibition.

The exhibition "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" is not only an opportunity to honor history, introduce the outstanding achievements of our Party, State and People in the process of protecting, building and developing the country over the past 80 years; contribute to propagating and educating the tradition of patriotism, strengthening the people's belief in the country's path of innovation and sustainable development; promote the image of a dynamic, innovative Vietnam, deeply integrated with the international community; but this is also an opportunity for all people to directly experience and enjoy the great development achievements of the country.

The exhibition was held on the largest scale ever, with the participation of 28 ministries, central agencies, 34 localities and more than 110 large enterprises and economic groups with more than 230 booths across the entire area of ​​the Exhibition Center.

The exhibition introduces the achievements of nearly 180 industries in various fields (industry, agriculture, trade, investment, culture, science and technology, education, health, environment, traditional craft villages, OCOP products, special products, national defense, security, foreign affairs...) with many documents, materials, artifacts, machinery and equipment, documentaries, reports, vividly and quite comprehensively reflecting the outstanding achievements during the "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" of our nation under the leadership of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam; at the same time, demonstrating the cultural traditions, the spirit of enthusiastic work, effective production and business of the people and enterprises in all regions of the country; especially depicting the image of the country and people of Vietnam with thousands of years of heroic history of the nation; the culture imbued with national identity and unity in diversity of 54 ethnic groups; the abundance of products in all three regions of the North - Central - South; the development and progress of all ministries, departments, branches, 34 provinces and cities over the past 80 years.

The exhibition is scientifically, modernly and professionally designed; the display layout is rich, diverse and comprehensive; the content is authentic, engaging and convincing; the presentation is attractive and impressive through many means, forms and styles, from artifacts, images and documents presented by modern technologies (3D, virtual reality, multimedia audiovisual, artificial intelligence (AI) ...), bringing practicality, enjoyment and cultural depth to the nation.

The exhibition includes many special thematic areas, showing cross-sections of revolutionary history and vertical sections of core values ​​and great achievements in the heroic history of building and defending the country of the Vietnamese people.

To prepare for the Closing Ceremony of the Exhibition, which will take place on the evening of September 15, ensuring the correct schedule, quality and efficiency, the Steering Committee of the National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day has requested the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and closely coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to prepare the best content and conditions to organize the Closing Ceremony of the Exhibition according to the approved program and scenario, ensuring the scale of the event is solemn, effective, safe and economical.
