Accordingly, the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 National Population Census thoroughly disseminates and guides the Steering Committee and the Standing Team at the district level to continue to well prepare for the 2025 National Population Census and directs the completion of the collection of information on commune ballots before the end of the task from July 1, 2025. Directs the adjustment of the plan for collecting information on commune ballots, specifically: Collecting information on commune ballots from June 15 to June 30, 2025 according to the current commune-level administrative units (instead of from July 1 to July 30, 2025 as prescribed in the 2025 National Population Census Plan2) to ensure comparability with the 2016 National Population Census and serve as a basis for converting data to the new commune-level administrative list from July 1, 2025. Collect additional information to serve the compilation of statistical indicators according to the new commune-level administrative units according to the instructions of the Central Steering Committee for the 2025 National Population Census, in order to promptly reflect the socio -economic situation of the new commune-level administrative units, serving the direction, leadership, management and operation of the Party and the State. Direct the forces participating in the 2025 National Population Census in the province to conduct the General Census in accordance with the instructions of the Central Steering Committee for the 2025 National Population Census; be responsible for the quality of the 2025 National Population Census data and the progress of implementation in the province.
Due to the importance of the General Census, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 National Population Census to resolutely direct and guide units to focus on organizing the 2025 National Population Census on schedule, effectively and with quality according to the direction of the Central Government; regularly report the progress and results of the 2025 National Population Census to the Provincial People's Committee. During the implementation process, if any problems arise that need to be resolved, they must be promptly reported to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
Relevant provincial departments, branches and sectors promptly coordinate with the Provincial Statistics Office to implement the 2025 National Population Census in the province according to plan and ensure information quality.
The Chairman of the People's Committee at the new commune level shall complete the Steering Committee for the 2025 National Target Program at the commune level on the first day of July 2025 (when the new commune comes into operation) to preside over the implementation of the 2025 National Target Program in the locality according to the direction and guidance of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 National Target Program.
