According to Decision No. 29/QD-UBND signed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Pham Hung Duc, Vice President of Dong Nai University, will be in charge of and operate Dong Nai University after the reorganization. The term of assignment is 12 months, starting from July 1, or until the competent authority appoints a person to hold the position of President of Dong Nai University.
Previously, on June 30, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc also signed Document No. 8776/UBND-KGVX on the announcement of the personnel work policy to the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Standing Committee unanimously agreed to transfer Mr. Le Anh Duc, Principal of Dong Nai University to work at the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations to introduce and elect him to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations.
Mr. Le Anh Duc has a doctorate degree and served for many years as Principal of Dong Nai High Technology College before being appointed as Principal of Dong Nai University on July 1, 2021.
The person replacing Mr. Le Anh Duc in charge of and operating Dong Nai University is Mr. Pham Hung Duc, who has a doctorate degree, before being appointed as Vice President of Dong Nai University on February 17, 2025. Mr. Pham Hung Duc was the Director of Dong Nai Telecommunications ( VNPT Dong Nai) for many years.
