Announcing 99 new administrative procedures in the field of science and technology in Dong Nai

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on promulgating new administrative procedures issued under regulations on decentralization, delegation, and division in the field of state management under the jurisdiction of the Department of Science and Technology. This decision takes effect from July 1, 2025.

Accordingly, 99 administrative procedures are under the management scope of the Department of Science and Technology, including: telecommunications and internet (24 procedures), radio frequency (20 procedures), intellectual property (19 procedures), radiation and nuclear safety (3 procedures), quality measurement standards (15 procedures), and scientific and technological activities (18 procedures).

The Department of Science and Technology is responsible for developing internal procedures and electronic procedures for handling administrative procedures announced in this decision and implementing the configuration and updating of administrative procedure handling procedures on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Handling Information System according to regulations.
