As of the afternoon of August 23, in the area managed by Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station, there were a total of 1,069 vehicles/5,214 workers, of which 988 vehicles, with 4,903 workers, were anchored at safe harbors, while 81 ships, with 331 workers, were operating at sea.
These vehicles are not operating in the danger zone and all have received notice of the storm's location and direction of movement to take preventive measures and move safely.
