At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision to establish new agencies and units of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee on the basis of merging the two provinces, specifically:
The Organizing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee consists of 4 specialized departments. Comrade Vu Minh Hieu, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee (old) holds the position of Head and 9 Deputy Heads.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee consists of 7 specialized departments. Comrade Nguyen Dinh Loi, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee (old) holds the position of Head of the Department and 8 Deputy Heads of the Department.
The Internal Affairs Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee consists of 4 specialized departments. Comrade Vu Tri Hai, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Bac Giang City Party Committee (formerly) holds the position of Head of the Committee and 5 Deputy Heads of the Committee.
The Inspection Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee consists of 4 specialized departments. Comrade Tran Huy Phuong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee (formerly) holds the position of Chairman.
The Office of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee consists of 5 specialized departments. Comrade Le Minh Hoang, Provincial Party Committee member, Chief of Office of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee (formerly) holds the position of Chief of Office and 3 Deputy Chiefs of Office.
Nguyen Van Cu Political School of Bac Ninh province was established on the basis of merging Bac Giang Provincial Political School and Nguyen Van Cu Political School of Bac Ninh province, including 5 faculties. Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Principal of Bac Giang Provincial Political School (old) holds the position of Principal and 3 Vice Principals.
Bac Ninh Newspaper, Radio and Television was established on the basis of merging Bac Giang Newspaper, Bac Ninh Newspaper, Bac Giang Radio and Television Station and Bac Ninh Radio and Television Station, with 10 specialized departments. Comrade Nguyen Trung Hien, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Bac Ninh province (old) holds the position of Editor-in-Chief and 10 Deputy Editors-in-Chief.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province was established with 10 specialized committees. Comrade Nguyen Thi Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province (formerly) holds the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province.
The conference also announced the leadership personnel of the province's socio-political organizations, and announced the decision to establish 4 Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee, including: Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies; Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; Provincial Military Party Committee; Provincial Police Party Committee.
Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Gau congratulated the comrades who were entrusted with tasks and held key positions in the province's socio-political agencies and organizations. He emphasized that in the newly established period, agencies, units as well as the entire province will face many difficulties and challenges. The province must still focus on the task of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense, security and social security, while at the same time carefully preparing for Party Congresses at all levels, towards the Provincial Party Congress.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested the newly appointed comrades to continue to practice their political qualities, promote their capacity, innovate, be creative, and quickly get to work. Each comrade must stick to their tasks, unite and unify with the collective, promote collective intelligence, advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to effectively direct the implementation of assigned areas. Agencies and units need to promptly issue regulations and rules, strictly implement the principle of democratic centralism, innovate leadership methods, overcome shortcomings, and achieve the highest goals.
On behalf of the cadres receiving new tasks, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Loi, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, expressed his determination to build solidarity, promote intelligence and sense of responsibility, strive to excellently complete assigned tasks, contributing to the strong development of Bac Ninh province in the new period.
