At a training location at Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted (Quy Nhon City), teachers practiced very enthusiastically. There were many female teachers who, despite their age, still tried to practice martial arts. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Duyen (50 years old, Nhon Tho Primary School, An Nhon Town, Binh Dinh) happily said that she was very happy to practice traditional martial arts. "As a female physical education teacher, despite my age, I really like practicing local traditional martial arts. Practicing martial arts helps us become healthier and happier," Ms. Duyen said.

Mr. Nguyen Trinh Son, a teacher at Nhon Thanh Primary School No. 1 (An Nhon Town), said that he was assigned by the school's leadership to attend a traditional martial arts training course. This training is very important for the school's teachers and students.

"After finishing the training course, I will bring what I have learned to teach students at school, helping them improve their health and protect themselves. The most important thing is to maintain and promote the value of Binh Dinh traditional martial arts," said Mr. Son.

The traditional martial arts training program is one of the useful activities to stimulate the traditional martial arts movement among teachers and students, helping to train the body. At the same time, it creates continuity for the younger generation to inherit and promote the value of traditional martial arts, contributing to the work of collecting and preserving the characteristics of Binh Dinh traditional martial arts.

During the training sessions, the teachers were very interested and enthusiastic, this helps us have more motivation to pass on the knowledge, the characteristics of Binh Dinh traditional martial arts", Mr. Khiem said.
