Training on administrative procedure control and implementation of one-stop and inter-connected one-stop mechanisms

(QNgTV) - On the morning of July 12, in Kon Tum ward, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center held a training conference on administrative procedure control, implementation of the one-stop and one-stop mechanism in handling administrative procedures. Attending the conference were leaders of the Public Administration Service Center, along with 450 officers and civil servants of the administrative procedure control department and implementation of the one-stop and one-stop mechanism of 40 communes and wards in the west of Quang Ngai province.

At the Conference, delegates were introduced to the main contents of Decree No. 118/2025 dated June 9, 2025 of the Government on implementing administrative procedures under the one-stop mechanism, one-stop connection at the one-stop department and the National Public Service Portal. The training program also focused on guiding the professional control of administrative procedures, the process of submitting documents online, making online payments and the steps of circulating documents on the system from receiving to returning results.

Through the Conference, the staff, civil servants and public employees were equipped with more professional knowledge and soft skills in the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures in the context of the province implementing a two-level local government model. Contributing to promoting administrative reform towards modernity and professionalism, improving the quality of service to people, organizations and businesses.
