According to the representative, due to low temperatures, a thin layer of ice appeared at the top of Fansipan.

This is the first frost of the year.

Weather experts explain that frost appeared on Fansipan peak because the sky was clear and the temperature was low. Water vapor and dew on the surface will condense into thin ice when exposed to low temperatures.

Mr. Tran Huy (in Sa Pa town) shared that he felt very excited when seeing the scene. frost appeared on the top of Fansipan. This was the first time this man brought his relatives to Sa Pa to play and encountered this interesting scene.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on November 23, in Hanoi, the weather will be cloudy, no rain, sunny in the afternoon. Northeast wind level 2-3. Cold at night and early morning. Lowest temperature 19-21 degrees Celsius, highest 25-27 degrees Celsius.

By about 9am the same day, the thin layer of ice caused by frost had melted.
