Báo Dân tríBáo Dân trí27/11/2024

(Dan Tri) - Throughout its 8-year journey of operation, Scots English has persistently pursued its mission of bringing global knowledge to Vietnamese children, gradually cultivating and nurturing generations of students who are confident, courageous and ready to integrate with the world .

Honoring and enhancing the capacity of the teaching staff - A solid foundation forthe education career

November, the month to honor the teaching profession, is an opportunity for society to look back at the silent contributions of teachers, those who tirelessly "nurture" knowledge for the younger generation. Although Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20 has passed, gratitude and respect for teachers are still something that everyone needs to preserve and spread at every moment.

Teachers not only teach students knowledge, but also teach them moral lessons, how to face challenges and rise up in life. The portrait of a teacher is an image of dedication, patience and always ready to sacrifice to bring good values to his students.

Despite facing many difficulties, teachers, especially those at Scots English, are always persistent and dedicated to providing students with useful lessons. Not only imparting knowledge, teachers also contribute to building human values, while at the same time instilling a sense of responsibility and love for the community.

In order to honor that silent dedication, in November, Scots English International System organized a series of meaningful activities to honor Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20. Students expressed their gratitude through activities of sending their thoughts and feelings to the "Gratitude Wall", sending handwritten letters full of emotions, workshops (talks) on planting trees to sow dreams and emotional performances... The series of activities aimed to spread the value of gratitude, fostering the tradition of "Respecting teachers and valuing education", "When drinking water, remember its source" that our ancestors have preserved for thousands of years.

A journey of a thousand miles to bring world knowledge closer to Vietnamese children

At Scots English, the team of Vietnamese teachers plays a guiding role, connecting the learning journey of children with their parents, and at the same time being companions in every step of the students' development.

One of the long-time teachers, Mr. Quoc Huy, shared his passion for teaching here: "For me, each student is a world of their own. I am very proud to accompany Scots English on their journey to conquer their own small world. Seeing them grow and become more confident every day is the most precious gift I have received."

Like other teachers at the center, Mr. Quoc Huy always creates a friendly and close learning environment, helping students feel secure and confident in their studies. He is not only a teacher, but also a friend, always listening and sharing with parents to promptly orient and build personalized learning plans for each child.

In addition to Vietnamese teachers, the contribution of international teachers is indispensable in the journey of inspiring and conquering knowledge for the young generation. At Scots English, teachers from many different countries bring professional knowledge, overcome geographical and cultural distances to bring global knowledge closer to Vietnamese students.

Not only are they knowledge transmitters, international teachers also connect cultures, broaden horizons and help Vietnamese students integrate into the ever-changing world.

With a lively and approachable teaching method, Ms. Diana often incorporates group activities and interactive games into her lessons to help students feel confident when using English.

She shared: "I always believe that English is not only a language but also the key to open the door to global connection. Therefore, I always keep in mind that my mission is not only to teach my children the language, but also to help them communicate confidently, feel the fun in learning and understand more about international culture."
