Launching social insurance and health insurance to every citizen

DTO - On June 28, the Social Insurance (SI) of Region 33 organized a launching ceremony to respond to Vietnam Health Insurance Day (July 1) to promote and mobilize people to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance with the theme: "SI - Contribute when healthy, save when sick", "SI - Peace of mind for every family".

The program was organized simultaneously in Tien Giang and Dong Thap provinces to promote propaganda and mobilize people to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance. Thereby contributing to widely spreading the humanistic meaning and superiority of social security policies issued by the Party and State.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, hundreds of propaganda and consulting groups simultaneously took action, going to every alley, knocking on every door to advise and mobilize people to participate in insurance. On the launching day, we strive to increase the number of new participants and mobilize interrupted participants to re-join, reaching 6,500 voluntary social insurance participants and 10,250 people participating in family health insurance.

This is a practical activity, contributing to raising public awareness of the rights and responsibilities when participating in health insurance and social insurance - a solid social security foundation for each individual, family and the whole society.
