Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the People's Committee of Chu town, the People's Committee of Luc Ngan district to proactively work with TikTok Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. and Sendo Farm to develop a plan to organize and implement the program "Luc Ngan Lychee Week, Proud of Vietnamese Agricultural Products" (providing and connecting a list of gardeners and cooperatives with products meeting standards according to geographical indications recognized by Japan; products meeting VietGap, GlobalGap, organic standards; coordinating the organization of Farm Tour, Mega Live, livestream, promotional videos; agreeing with the representative of TikTok Vietnam on the main communication hashtag, program message and online/offline event activities...).

The Department of Agriculture and Environment provides professional information on growing areas, harvest progress, output, quality of lychees and typical agricultural products of the province to TikTok Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd., Sendo Farm and related partners. Instruct farmers and cooperatives on harvesting, processing, packaging and preservation techniques so that lychee products ensure standards, quality, hygiene and safety to meet the requirements of the domestic market and serve exports. Coordinate with relevant agencies and units to connect and standardize growing area information on a common database to serve traceability to meet the contents of the program as planned.

The People's Committee of Chu Town and Luc Ngan District support the organization of Farm Tour and Mega live activities in the locality to promote and boost the consumption of local lychee products. Assign a focal point to coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade and TikTok Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. and Sendo Farm to organize field activities, connect gardeners and cooperatives. Promote and mobilize people and gardeners to participate in the program, ensure quality products, and accompany activities to promote products.

Bac Giang Newspaper and the provincial Radio and Television Station actively propagate and widely disseminate information to agencies and localities about the program to honor the value of typical agricultural products and promote local economic development.

TikTok Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. and Sendo Farm proactively coordinate and develop a detailed plan for the Program, and send it to the Department of Industry and Trade for synthesis. Support technical platforms, content, connect Creators, organize Farm Tours, Mega live, livestream... Coordinate to develop communication messages, marketing plans, promotions and effective forms of product consumption support.
