Viettel cooperates with Hanoi Youth Union to deploy 15/67 free essential goods distribution points to serve people

The Hanoi Youth Union, in collaboration with many units including Viettel, has deployed 67 points to distribute free necessities to serve residents and tourists. Here, participants receive water, milk cakes and souvenirs such as fans and hats to have a more comfortable and meaningful experience during the country's great festival.

On the occasion of National Day September 2, to serve the people and tourists watching the parade activities, the Hanoi Youth Union coordinated with many accompanying units to deploy 67 free essential goods distribution points throughout the area. These are community support points, arranged on central streets - where people are expected to gather in large numbers such as Kim Ma, Lieu Giai, Trang Thi, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Le Truc, Van Phuc, Van Cao, Hang Bong, Hang Khay, Tran Phu, Le Duan... In addition, many points are also located at the locations of ceremonial fireworks as well as the gathering points of forces after the parade.

The distribution activities took place continuously throughout the rehearsal and event organization, including the joint training sessions, preliminary rehearsals, final rehearsals, and especially the official ceremony on September 2. Thanks to that, even during the preparation days, people were still supported to have a comfortable and safe experience when going out to watch and cheer on the parade. To ensure that people can easily find them, all distribution points have prominent Youth Union booths. In addition, hundreds of young volunteers in uniform will be on duty, directly guiding, distributing necessities and supporting participants when necessary.

Residents and visitors to the distribution points will receive a variety of practical necessities for free. Cold drinks, milk, and cakes help replenish energy and avoid fatigue when standing outdoors for long periods of time. In addition, souvenirs such as paper fans and hats are also prepared to support people in hot weather conditions, and at the same time serve as spiritual gifts for the people.

According to the Organizing Committee, the total number of necessities and gifts is about 2 million, enough to meet the needs of hundreds of thousands of people and tourists during the training days as well as the main ceremony. This number shows the thoughtfulness and meticulousness in the preparation work, to ensure that everyone who comes to watch the parade feels cared for and supported.
