Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee: Quickly resolve 3 urgent recommendations for Quang Hoa commune

On the morning of August 7, Comrade Nguyen Minh, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee led the provincial working delegation to inspect administrative activities and national defense and security work in Quang Hoa commune.

At the meeting, the leaders of the People's Committee of Quang Hoa commune reported on the operation of the Commune Public Administration Service Center from July 1, 2025 to present. Specifically, the commune has received and processed a total of 136 administrative procedure (AP) files; of which, 131 files were processed on time, reaching a rate of 96.32%. The remaining 5 files are under processing.

Comrade Vo Van Nam, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Hoa commune reported on local activities at the meeting.

The Commune People's Committee also deployed many solutions to propagate and guide people to perform online administrative procedures through scanning QR codes, submitting documents on the National Public Service Portal, paying fees via the VNeID application... Thereby, contributing to promoting the digital transformation process in the locality.

However, the operation of the Center still faces many difficulties, such as lack of specialized IT staff, inadequate facilities, and outdated equipment. Many procedures have not been updated or integrated, causing difficulties in the process of processing documents.

In particular, with more than 90% of the population being ethnic minorities, people's access to and use of online public services is still limited.

Political security and social order and safety in Quang Hoa commune are basically stable, with no hot spots occurring.

Faced with this situation, the People's Committee of Quang Hoa commune proposed that the Provincial People's Committee pay attention to organizing specialized training courses for officials and civil servants working in administrative work; supplementing information technology equipment and lacking personnel in areas such as information technology, accounting, land administration, justice - civil status, culture - society .

The locality also proposed a number of contents on: Repairing and upgrading the road from Quang Hoa commune to Dam Rong 3 commune; supporting clean water for people's daily life; building a working headquarters for the commune's armed forces.

The commune also requested that coordinating units such as Social Insurance, Post Office... soon arrange permanent staff at the Center to ensure efficiency in receiving and handling administrative procedure records.

Regarding national defense and security, Quang Hoa commune has closely coordinated with local police and military forces to synchronously deploy measures to maintain political security and social order and safety. The work of managing the area, grasping the situation of ethnic groups and religions, and preventing and combating all types of crimes has been carried out regularly and effectively.

The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office requested the People's Committee of Quang Hoa commune to specifically and in detail report the difficulties and problems they are facing to synthesize and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for timely consideration and resolution.

In his speech, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh acknowledged the efforts of the commune government in stabilizing the organization, promoting solidarity and gradually improving the quality of management and administration. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the Provincial People's Committee Office coordinate with departments and branches to synthesize all difficulties and recommendations of the commune to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for timely consideration and resolution.

Comrade Nguyen Minh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments and branches to urgently review and coordinate to resolve 3 urgent petitions of Quang Hoa commune.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also emphasized the need to resolve three urgent issues for Quang Hoa commune. In particular, the Department of Finance was assigned to study proposals related to transport infrastructure and equipment support for the commune. The Department of Science and Technology was assigned to study solutions to provide clean water for daily life for the people.

The Commune People's Committee needs to complete a detailed report, propose short-term solutions on human resources, facilities and long-term socio-economic development orientation.

Comrade Nguyen Minh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee and the working delegation inspected the actual activities at the Quang Hoa Commune Public Administration Service Center.

In particular, regarding national defense and security work, comrade Nguyen Minh highly appreciated the proactive coordination of the commune with local police and military forces in maintaining political stability, social order and safety, and ensuring security in the area.
