At the working session, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee presented the draft documents to be submitted to the Provincial Party Congress, including: Political report, Report on reviewing the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, draft Resolution of the Congress, Party Committee personnel plan for the 2025-2030 term and report on explanation and acceptance of comments from central committees, ministries and branches on the draft documents and Party Committee personnel plan to prepare for the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Members of the Politburo and Secretariat gave their opinions, focusing on emphasizing the outstanding results in the past term; proposing to supplement and further evaluate the results of implementing breakthroughs and key tasks; the work of arranging and streamlining the apparatus, arranging administrative units and operating the organization of 2-level administrative units; the work of leading the improvement of discipline and order among cadres and party members; building solidarity and unity within the Party and the political system, creating consensus in society and trust among the people.

At the same time, it is recommended to clarify specific solutions to completely resolve the limitations, shortcomings, and development bottlenecks of the province; suggest and orient tasks, solutions, experiences, and new approaches in leadership and direction for the 2025-2030 term, with a vision to 2045.

Concluding the working session, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh basically agreed with the draft documents. Lam Dong province has implemented the spirit of Directive No. 45-CT/TW, dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo and the conclusions and guidance documents of the Central Government.

The Prime Minister acknowledged and highly appreciated the important results that the province has achieved, comprehensively in all fields; at the same time, frankly pointed out the limitations, causes and lessons learned. The directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 period demonstrate political determination, development vision, identify key and breakthrough tasks, thoroughly grasp and concretize the major policies and orientations in the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee and the Politburo recently issued.

The Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee took a souvenir photo with the Prime Minister and leaders of ministries and branches.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested that localities fully absorb the opinions of Politburo members and the Secretariat, as well as comments from departments, ministries and branches to complete documents and personnel to be submitted to the Congress.

The Prime Minister emphasized the need for localities to pay attention to building a strong political system; ensuring national defense and security; doing well in ethnic and religious affairs; improving people's lives; being determined and having strong solutions to promote all resources, promote startups and encourage innovation, digital transformation, and arouse the spirit of aspiration to rise up.

The Prime Minister requested the province to soon complete the Action Program to implement the Resolution to submit to the Congress with clear objectives, tasks, resources, people, work, progress, and responsibilities, so that it can be implemented immediately after the Congress; and promote good propaganda work before, during, and after the Congress.
