At around 12:30 p.m., just after passing the intersection of Nguyen Oanh Street, the mail truck suddenly hit a motorbike going in the same direction, then crossed into the next lane and hit two other motorbikes. Three injured people were taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.

Mr. Le Minh Thien, a member of the SOS BT team who helped the victims to the emergency room, said that the two girls and the man were unconscious and had multiple injuries.

At the scene, three damaged vehicles were lying next to a truck with a broken front end. Debris, helmets, and shoes were scattered all over the road.

A witness said that after causing the accident, the truck driver said that because he was avoiding a scooter that suddenly crossed the road, he lost control of his speed.

Police have examined the scene and are investigating the cause.
