According to the decision, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, born on February 28, 1977, with a PhD degree, a member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Son Tay City Party Committee (before the transition to a two-level local government model), was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Hanoi City from July 1, 2025, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
Authorized by the Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee, handing over the decision to Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Truong Viet Dung congratulated and requested Mr. Tran Anh Tuan to continue promoting his capacity, strengths and working experience; proactively research and improve professional skills; promote the spirit of solidarity, together with the collective leadership, cadres and civil servants of the Department of Science and Technology to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
