As a member of the internal assessment team of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, she seriously implements the 5S program, constantly improving the document management process at the unit.
She also strictly adheres to regulations on the use and preservation of seals, and is responsible for protecting state secrets. In the field of archiving, she collects, edits, destroys and catalogs documents in accordance with regulations, ensuring confidentiality and convenience in exploitation and use.
The highlight of her work is her pioneering application of information technology. She is proficient in using work management software, signing electronic documents and creating work records online, and actively exploiting email to improve efficiency and save time. Her outstanding initiatives such as applying G-Suite in digital signature statistics and creating work records (2020), building a set of multiple choice questions to raise awareness of 5S, and the topic "Building a document management application for meetings using Qrcode" (2021) have all been recognized and widely deployed by Power Generation Corporation 1. By 2025, she will continue to develop more initiatives and administrative reform ideas that are in the process of being approved.
In addition to her expertise, she is also a passionate flame in the company's mass movements. As the deputy head of the grassroots union, she is always exemplary, dedicated and thoughtful in organizing collective activities. Behind the meticulousness and responsibility in her work at the office, Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Van is also a woman devoted to her family - where she devotes all her love, silent sacrifices and her courage as a mother and wife.
Her husband, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - a repair workshop engineer, often has to work away from home due to the nature of his job, and does not have much time for his family. In that context, Ms. Van shouldered almost all the responsibility of taking care of and educating the children, taking care of the finances and running the house. However, she never complained, but always tried to arrange everything reasonably to not only fulfill her duties as a mother and wife but also to excellently complete her tasks at work.

Her devoted care and timely strictness have helped her children grow up and achieve proud academic results. Her eldest daughter won the third prize in the national Literature competition - a remarkable achievement in a fierce and competitive educational environment. Not only that, her second daughter also continued the family's academic tradition by winning the first prize in the provincial Physics competition. These achievements are not only the result of the children's individual efforts but also a living testament to the mother's dedicated upbringing, persistent sacrifice and steadfast spirit.
