Having left his hometown of Da Nang to be attached to Don Duong for more than 40 years, having held many positions from the province to the village, and attended many Party Congresses, Mr. Hieu said that this could be considered the most special Congress with many changes. In the new historical context of the country, I, as well as the people of Nghia Lap 3 village, hope and believe that the first Party Congress of Don Duong commune will identify key tasks as well as breakthrough solutions so that all cadres, Party members and people can unite, be determined and make efforts to continue to develop our commune sustainably.
Ms. Tou Neh Drong Minh Diep (Head of K'Lot Village) said that in the past few days, people in K'Lot Village have been very eager and enthusiastic in participating in the welcoming activities of the first Don Duong Commune Party Delegates. From the main roads to the inter-hamlet roads, people have cleaned and hung the national flag. Through the roads decorated with colorful flags, banners, posters, mass media and regular announcements sent to the village's zalo group, people are aware of the importance and feel like they are immersed in the bustling atmosphere of the Congress. I and the delegates also prepared our traditional costumes early to attend the Congress.
The people in K'Lot village are mainly Churu people, I myself am K'Ho, all are indigenous ethnic minorities of the old Lam Dong province. Entering a new phase of the new Don Duong commune, we hope that the Party and State, as well as the local government, will continue to have policies to accompany and support ethnic minority people in developing the economy , building a civilized lifestyle and preserving traditional cultural values of the nation.
Mr. Dang Phuoc Vi - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, Secretary of the Youth Union of Don Duong commune, identified that the Party Congress is one of the important political events of the locality and the country. In recent days, the Youth Union of Don Duong commune has strengthened propaganda work in visual and vivid forms so that the younger generation can understand the meaning of this Congress. At the same time, it has organized union members and youth in villages, residential groups and schools to clean up the environment, take care of the landscape and carry out youth projects to welcome the Party Congress.
In addition, during the half month of operating the new commune-level government, the youth union members of Don Duong commune also enthusiastically supported the commune's Public Administration Service Center. Through direct participation in specific tasks, the young people also felt more clearly and were more aware of their roles and responsibilities towards this historic period of the locality and the whole country.
As a young party member, this is the second time I have attended the Commune Party Congress. My feelings are still as honored and proud as the first Congress. However, this time is even more special as it is the first Congress of the new Don Duong commune and the model commune congress of the whole province. Therefore, I am very excited and looking forward to it, this is probably the common feeling of many delegates.
According to Ms. Le Thi Huong - Head of the Front Work Committee, Head of the Women's Association of Thanh Hoa village: I have been associated with Don Duong since 1977 until now, going through many Party Congresses, it can be said that this is a Congress of change associated with many new policies and guidelines of the Party. Being close to and in contact with the villagers regularly, I am pleased to see that most of the people agree and highly agree with those changes. They are not only interested, but also regularly follow the situation, actively grasping relevant information. The atmosphere of innovation is present in every daily story of the people here.
These days, the People's Committee and the organizations in the village are busier and more tired because of many things, but each of us tells ourselves to try a little harder for the common development of the locality. I believe that, with careful preparation and appropriate decisions, the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Don Duong commune, term 2025 - 2030 will continue to strengthen the people's trust in the leadership of the Party and the State.
Mr. Ya Luyen, Party member of Don Duong Agricultural Center: Before the dissolution of the district government, Don Duong district was considered the largest vegetable granary of the old Lam Dong province. Among them, many farmers from the Churu and K'Ho ethnic minorities escaped poverty and became rich from farming and raising livestock. Therefore, I really hope that the Party Committee and the new Don Duong commune government will continue to have appropriate orientations and policies to create conditions for agriculture to continue to develop sustainably, in order to ensure the material and spiritual life of the people.
Having been involved in local agriculture for many years, I especially hope that the new leadership of Don Duong commune will continue to pay attention to and resolve the biggest problem that local farmers are facing, which is finding a stable outlet for agricultural products. When people, especially ethnic minorities, receive the support and companionship of the Party and the State to gradually improve their material life, the great national unity bloc will be built naturally and sustainably, and traditional cultural values will also have more opportunities to be preserved and promoted.
