A person from Hanoi won the auction to rent the land of Thuy Ta restaurant in Da Lat.

On October 31, the People's Committee of Da Lat City successfully organized an auction to lease the land of Thuy Ta Restaurant, with a starting price of more than 3 billion VND/year. A person in Hanoi City won the auction for the land with the amount of more than 15.1 billion VND/year.

According to regulations, the auction winner must pay a one-time payment for a 10-year lease term with a total amount of 151.5 billion VND.

According to the announcement of the auction organization selection, the land is intended for commercial use as a restaurant business. The winning bidder must maintain the current status and not add any additional structures.

The "golden" land of Thuy Ta restaurant is one of two floating islands (along with Bich Cau island) located in the national scenic spot of Xuan Huong lake.

The total area of this floating island is 3,876m2, of which the roofed structure is 383m2, flower beds are 893m2 and 2,600m2 is the campus and yard.
