On the morning of September 3, the Parade and March Subcommittee for the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on September 2 (Task A80) held a conference to review the results of the implementation of Task A80, chaired by Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Head of the Parade and March Subcommittee.
The celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd was a great success, with great contributions from the parade and marching team.
After more than 4 months of organizing training, joint training, comprehensive training, preliminary rehearsal, the parade and marching activities in the Anniversary Ceremony have ensured quality; the participating forces have promoted their sense of responsibility, excellently completed the A80 mission, demonstrating the solemnity and power of the army; were praised and commended by the Party and State leaders, leaving many good impressions on the people of the whole country about the heroic, disciplined, elite and friendly Vietnam People's Army; creating a widespread influence on the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers among the people and international friends.
Thoroughly grasping and strictly implementing the direction of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on organizing military forces and militia to participate in the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, the Parade and Parade Subcommittee of the Ministry of National Defense has closely coordinated with relevant agencies and units to effectively carry out tasks from educating and thoroughly grasping tasks; selecting soldiers; surveying training locations; preparing weapons, equipment, security work; organizing training...
During the implementation process, officers and soldiers, especially female soldiers and militiamen, have upheld their sense of responsibility and determination, and excellently completed their assigned political tasks.
Appreciating the responsibility of the members of the Parade and Marching Subcommittee and all officers and soldiers participating in the implementation of task A80, noting some tasks after the parade and marching, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia requested agencies and units to do a good job of handing over facilities, weapons, equipment, and vehicles; organizing marches back to units to ensure absolute safety; quickly stabilizing the organization and staffing after completing task A80.
Deputy Chief of the General Staff Nguyen Van Nghia also requested agencies and units to continue to organize and carry out tasks according to the 2025 Military and Defense Work Order of the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army; to carry out emulation and reward work well, and to properly resolve policies and regimes for officers and soldiers participating in parades and marching missions; and to do a good job of political and ideological education so that officers, soldiers and students returning to their agencies and units can study and work with peace of mind, striving to excellently complete all assigned tasks.
After the forces successfully completed the A80 mission, the Department of Motorcycles and Transport (General Department of Logistics and Engineering) coordinated with the units to make a detailed plan to transport and pick up the officers and soldiers of the parade and marching groups back to their working units, ensuring care and safety, especially for the forces from the Southern region.
Specifically, the transportation of officers and soldiers back to their units will be arranged with 3 forms of transportation: Road (using cars), rail and air, most of which will depart on September 3 and arrive between September 3-5./.
