6th Session, 15th National Assembly: Questioning for 2.5 days in 4 groups of fields

According to the program of the 6th Session, the National Assembly will spend 2.5 working days on question and answer activities, starting from the morning of November 6 to the morning of November 8. The time for each field group is about 160 - 170 minutes, but the management will be flexible according to the actual situation.

The questioning session was broadcast live on television and radio for voters and people nationwide to follow and monitor.

With the motto of "valuing supervision of issues after supervision", National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue stated that the questioning and answering activities at the 6th Session are questioning the implementation of a number of Resolutions of the 14th National Assembly and from the beginning of the 15th National Assembly's term to the end of the 4th Session on thematic supervision and questioning. That is, questioning the implementation of the "promises" of Government members and heads of sectors according to 10 Resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assembly, not questioning current emerging issues.

At this session, the question and answer session will be conducted in groups of 4 areas including: General and macro economics; Sectoral economics; Culture and society; Justice, Internal affairs, and State Audit.

Specifically, according to the program, on the morning of November 6, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue delivered the opening speech of the question and answer session.

Next, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy Le Minh Tri, and State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan presented reports on the implementation of a number of resolutions of the 14th National Assembly on thematic supervision and questioning and resolutions of the National Assembly on thematic supervision and questioning from the beginning of the 15th term to the end of the 4th Session.

Secretary General of the National Assembly, Head of the National Assembly Office Bui Van Cuong presented a report summarizing the review content on this issue.

Then, from the morning of November 6 to the morning of November 8, the National Assembly questioned members of the Government and heads of sectors on the implementation of a number of resolutions of the 14th National Assembly and from the beginning of the 15th National Assembly's term to the end of the 4th Session on thematic supervision and questioning of the above 4 groups of fields.

Throughout the questioning sessions, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue spoke and suggested some focused questioning contents.

Concluding the questioning sessions on the above four groups of fields, on the morning of November 8, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh reported, clarified related issues and answered questions from National Assembly deputies.

At the end of the question and answer session that morning, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue delivered a closing speech.
