Mr. Vu Van Minh's family, residing on a plot of land of nearly 200 square meters left by his parents, is in particularly difficult circumstances with 5 members, including 3 young children, the oldest of whom is just in first grade. Mr. Minh is the main worker with a low income, his wife is unemployed and stays at home to take care of the young children. The whole family is living in a level 4 house that has seriously degraded, with potential safety risks. The family has completed the application for a Land Use Rights Certificate. Through the actual survey and application, the difficult circumstances of the household are real. The family hopes that all levels, sectors, organizations and benefactors will pay attention and support the funding to rebuild a solid house and stabilize their lives.
The new house is expected to be built in June 2025 with an area of over 80m², a solid one-story structure, raft foundation, columns and a solid concrete roof. The total cost is about 350 million VND, of which the City Red Cross and sponsors support 100 million VND, the rest is contributed by relatives, clans and friends. The project is expected to be completed and put into use in September 2025./.
