Opening Ceremony of Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa Sea Festival - 2023 with the theme "Khanh Hoa aspires to shine". The overall Opening Ceremony program consists of 2 parts: The ritual part and the art program dramatizing the history and culture of the land of Agarwood - Yen Sea.
The Opening Night Art Program consists of 3 parts including Part 1: Shining Night; Part 2: Love of the Sea and Part 3: Potential and Developing Sea, directed by Artist Khoa Nguyen, bringing together leading singers and hundreds of domestic and foreign artists.
The 10th Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival - 2023 is one of the important events celebrating the 370th anniversary of the establishment and development of Khanh Hoa province (1653-2023), held from June 3 to June 6; with the theme "Khanh Hoa - Aspiration for development". The 2023 Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival will have more than 70 activities and unique art programs taking place in Nha Trang city and neighboring localities.
The modern art light show was performed with 1,653 unmanned aerial vehicles, expressing pride in the homeland's sea and islands, praising the richness of the sea, expressing the vitality, breath, and characteristics of the land of agarwood and bird's nest; the blending of traditional cultural colors of the nation with contemporary and modern cultural colors, creating an atmosphere of solidarity, expressing the respect and hospitality of the local people towards domestic and international tourists and friends, contributing to the successful implementation of the Action Program of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee on implementing Resolution No. 09- of the Politburo on building and developing Khanh Hoa province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
Speaking at the Opening Ceremony of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2023, Mr. Dinh Van Thieu, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee emphasized: "Through the activities and events in the Sea Festival 2023 Program, Khanh Hoa Province wants to introduce to the people and tourists the image of a safe, peaceful, hospitable destination, a dynamic land, actively developing and integrating with the traditional cultural identity values of Khanh Hoa homeland. I respectfully declare "Opening of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2023".
