Opening of free swimming class in Ea Hiao commune

Responding to the Month of Action for Children and the 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, on the morning of July 14, 2023, Ea H'leo District Youth Union coordinated with the district's Department of Culture and Information, the district's Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs to organize the opening of a free swimming class for children in Ea Hiao commune (Ea H'leo district).

The children are given warm-up instructions before swimming.
Students are guided through warm-up exercises.

The class is attended by 40 students from primary schools in Ea Hiao commune. During one month (from July 14 to August 14, 2023), the students will be instructed by coaches and provided with necessary information about swimming; guided to practice basic swimming movements; how to respond to drowning, how to prevent drowning and collective drowning, escape in emergency situations, etc.

Through the class, we aim to raise awareness of the importance of physical exercise for children, how to prevent drowning and contribute to reducing drowning accidents.
