Da Bac District: Over 2,000 households receive policy loans

In the first 5 months of 2025, the Social Policy Bank Transaction Office in Da Bac district disbursed over 133.4 billion VND to 2,007 households borrowing capital. In May 2025 alone, the loan turnover reached over 27.2 billion VND. The total outstanding debt by the end of May 2025 was 685.5 billion VND, with about 10.4 thousand households still having outstanding debt.

People of Doan Ket commune (Da Bac) borrow policy capital to develop a comprehensive economic model.

The loan capital is focused on key programs, such as: loans for poor households reaching 37.5 billion VND; near-poor households 17 billion VND; households that have just escaped poverty 5.7 billion VND; households producing and doing business in difficult areas 9.3 billion VND; job creation 6 billion VND; clean water and rural environmental sanitation 6.2 billion VND. In addition, the labor export loan program reached nearly 2 billion VND, contributing to diversifying job creation channels and increasing income for people.

From policy capital, the district has supported job creation for 302 workers, helped 248 students have conditions to study, and built 54 clean water and rural environmental sanitation works.
