On July 14 alone, the city received 3,425 applications, with an online submission rate of 95%. Thuan Hoa Ward received the most applications on the day (203 applications) and achieved an online submission rate of 100%.
During the entire period, Phu Xuan ward received the most applications with 1,758 applications. Huong An ward led in the rate of timely application settlement at 91% (309/338 applications), while Phu Vang commune had the highest rate of online applications with 99.59% (491/493 applications).
With these impressive results, Hue City leads the country, achieving 85% of the completion index assessed according to Plan No. 02-KH/TW recording local communes and wards.
Currently, Hue City has deployed 166 Public Service Agent points located in communes and wards to guide and support people in using online public services. At the same time, the system of receiving and returning results is still maintained at the old headquarters, helping to save time and travel costs for people when there are changes in administrative boundaries.

Along with that, the city has arranged staff from the Post Office at the centers to support digitalization and process documents for people. In particular, 891 youth union members and students on summer vacation in the locality have also been mobilized into Community Digital Technology Teams, contributing to improving the effectiveness of support in the initial phase of operating the two-level local government.
In terms of technology, Hue City has completed the integration and connection with the National Public Service Portal since June 30. Currently, the locality provides 2,006 online public services, including 572 full-service services. 100% of information technology systems serving direction, administration and serving people and businesses operate stably, synchronously and effectively.
The city is also continuing to review and arrange adequate funding, headquarters, vehicles, and public housing, as well as promoting document digitization and resolving policies and regimes for officials and civil servants, especially those working part-time at the grassroots level.
