- On the afternoon of June 28, the Department of Science and Technology coordinated with VNPT Tuyen Quang to organize an online training conference on the use of software for management and operation according to the two-level local government model and the use of digital signatures for public service for more than 800 cadres, civil servants, and public employees of departments, branches, and 124 administrative units at the commune and ward levels in the two provinces of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang (after the arrangement of commune-level administrative units).

Delegates and technical staff of VNPT Tuyen Quang were instructed on the use of software for management and operation according to the two-level local government model.

Accordingly, the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees directly performing the task of handling administrative procedures and processing electronic documents at agencies and units are instructed on how to use the information system to handle administrative procedures; use document management and administration software (according to the two-level local government model); operations on using digital signature software and answering questions, and technical support during the trial practice...

Through the conference, the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees will be equipped with the necessary skills and expertise to ensure information security and confidentiality, improve the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement and public service management, and contribute to the effective implementation of the two-level local government model in the new period.
