Dong Nai conducts general rehearsal of administrative procedure settlement information system according to 2-level local government model

(DN) - On the afternoon of June 29, the Department of Science and Technology organized a general rehearsal of the information system for handling administrative procedures according to the 2-level local government model for 95 communes and wards of Dong Nai province (new).

The content of this general rehearsal focused on the pilot operation of the shared information system. In which, 95 wards and communes checked beneficiary account information and officers in charge of payment reconciliation and electronic receipt management.

Each ward and commune enters 10 commune-level administrative procedures that regularly generate records. Each administrative procedure practices the operations and processes of refusal, stopping processing, supplementing records, and then performing the steps to completion. Each department and branch re-examines all public services that generate records to re-evaluate the system after conversion, ensuring the provision of public services throughout, without affecting the unit and the people.

In addition, communes, wards and related units proactively organized drills for 5 commune-level administrative procedures: electronic certification procedures; guardianship registration procedures; marriage registration procedures; procedures for granting new construction permits for level III and level IV works (for individual houses); procedures for registering land and assets attached to land, granting certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land for the first time for individuals, communities and households using land.

At the same time, connecting, testing, and rehearsing the processes of some provincial-level administrative procedures... Communes and wards have rehearsed the implementation of storing electronic results, as well as reusing electronic results to carry out related administrative procedures...
