Hai Duong seeks opinions on proposal to increase support level for people working at 'one-stop' department

Hai Duong province is seeking opinions from organizations and individuals on the content of the draft policy to support civil servants and public employees working at "one-stop" departments at all levels in the province.

According to the draft report, the Provincial People's Committee proposed the support level for civil servants and public employees working at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center is 1.2 million VND/person/month; working at the "one-stop" Department at the district level is 1 million VND/person/month and the "one-stop" Department at the commune level is 580,000 VND/person/month.

Civil servants who are entitled to support policies must have a decision on assignment or work assignment from the head of the agency or unit; the agency or person with authority or the list approved by the competent authority. The working term of civil servants assigned or assigned to the "one-stop" Department at all levels must be at least 6 months or more.

Previously, Hai Duong applied the support level for civil servants of the "one-stop" Department at all levels according to Decision No. 28/2016/QD-UBND dated October 20, 2016 of the Provincial People's Committee at 300,000 VND/person/month.

The proposal will be considered by Hai Duong Provincial People's Council in the coming time.
