Kinhtedothi - Hanoi People's Committee issued Notice No. 75/TB-UBND dated January 21 on land recovery.
Accordingly, Hanoi City reclaimed 1,673 square meters of land at 130 Doc Ngu, Vinh Phuc Ward, Ba Dinh District, managed and used by Hanoi Investment - Construction Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 9640/QD-UB dated December 30, 2004 of the City People's Committee.
Land recovery is carried out according to inspection conclusion No. 6252/KLKT-STNMT-TTr dated July 8, 2024 of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, recommending land recovery according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 65 of the 2013 Land Law (land allocated or leased by the State for a limited period but not extended), now Point c, Clause 1, Article 82 of the 2024 Land Law. Agency preparing the recovery dossier: Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Hanoi Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, Ba Dinh District People's Committee, Vinh Phuc Ward People's Committee to be responsible for implementing the notification according to the provisions of law; relevant units are responsible for coordinating with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in preparing, handing over documents, determining the location of the boundary of the recovered land on the map and in the field.
