The manuscript of the book "Martyrs and the work of collecting martyrs' remains in Ha Tinh province from 1947 to 2023" is structured with an introduction; 2 chapters of content and conclusion; in addition, there is an appendix with tables and images with a capacity of 240 pages.
The manuscript began construction in April 2022. Up to now, the manuscript has undergone 2 rounds of comments and solicitations from relevant individuals and professional agencies. The book is expected to be published in 2023.

Speaking at the workshop, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau acknowledged and praised the efforts and determination of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command for advising and directing the compilation of the book; at the same time, emphasized that the book is a document of profound political and humanistic significance to be passed down and recorded as historical value for future generations.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the book's editorial board to continue to contact and search for relevant historical witnesses to provide sufficient documents and images, and to organize completion and publication according to the proposed schedule.
Concluding the workshop, Colonel Vo Quang Thien - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command thanked the delegates for their opinions. The Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command fully accepted all opinions, continued to edit, unify the content and submit it to the superior agency for comments to publish the book as soon as possible.
