Within the framework of Project 8 (under the National Target Program) "Implementing gender equality and solving urgent issues for women and children", Thanh Son District Women's Union has just organized an exchange program between Community Communication Teams in 14 communes implementing the Project.

The exchange program is divided into 3 clusters, with 40 media groups: Cluster 1 includes the following units: Yen Luong, Yen Lang, Yen Son, Tinh Nhue; Cluster 2 includes the following units: Kha Cuu, Dong Cuu, Thuong Cuu; Cluster 3 includes the following units: Tat Thang, Tan Minh, Tan Lap, Thang Son, Huong Can, Van Mieu, Cu Dong. Participating in the program, the groups take turns going through 4 contents: Greeting, discussion sharing, knowledge learning and media games.
The media content aims to learn about gender equality, domestic violence prevention, prevention of child marriage, incestuous marriage; prevention of trafficking of women and children and solving urgent problems for women and children,...
Thereby promoting propaganda and mobilization to raise awareness, change thinking and working methods, contribute to eliminating gender prejudices and gender stereotypes in families and communities, and effectively participate in solving a number of urgent issues for women and children in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
