Director of Provincial Police Pham Kim Dinh attended the national solidarity ceremony at Vinh Giang residential group, Vinh Loc town (Chiem Hoa).
In 2024, the people of Vinh Giang residential group united to carry out well the following contents: Campaign and tasks of local economic and social development; propaganda work, mobilizing people to strictly comply with the provisions of the law, according to the convention of the residential area; actively propagating crime prevention, social evils, ensuring security and social order.
At the same time, doing a good job of community reconciliation, making an important contribution to maintaining solidarity and ensuring security and order in the community. Material and spiritual life is improved; people are united, unanimous, actively building cultural life, performing well in gratitude, humanitarian, charitable activities and responding to emulation movements and campaigns.
Speaking at the festival, Director of the Provincial Police Department Pham Kim Dinh requested that in the coming time, local Party committees, authorities and people continue to promote good traditions and achievements, and implement and complete resolutions of Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Comrade Pham Kim Dinh donated funds to build a cultural house for sale to Vinh Giang residential group, Vinh Loc town (Chiem Hoa).
In particular, the focus is on organizing patriotic emulation movements well; encouraging and motivating people, especially advanced models, outstanding collectives and individuals, creating new momentum for emulation. Continuing to maintain the cultural title, striving for the area to be free of social evils.
At the same time, promote the fine traditional cultural identity and the strength of national solidarity, always unite, support and help each other in socio-economic development in the locality, determined to strive to build a rich and civilized Vinh Giang residential group, contributing to the construction of Chiem Hoa district as well as the construction of Tuyen Quang province to develop more and more.
On this occasion, the Director of the Provincial Police presented flowers and gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Provincial Police to the people of Vinh Giang residential group; and donated a cultural house roof project to the residential group with a total value of 20 million VND.
