Domestic pepper price
Pepper prices today in key growing areas increased slightly compared to yesterday. Thereby, the domestic pepper price level is from 127,000 VND/kg to 128,000 VND/kg.
In the Central Highlands region, pepper price today in Dak Lak remained unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 128,000 VND/kg.
Pepper price today in Gia Lai increased slightly by 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently at 127,000 VND/kg.
Pepper price today in Dak Nong is unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 128,000 VND/kg.
In the Southeast region, pepper price today in Ba Ria - Vung Tau is currently at 128,000 VND/kg, up 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday. Dong Nai increased 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday at 128,000 VND/kg.
In addition, pepper price today in Binh Phuoc is unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 127,000 VND/kg.

In the first 17 days of June 2025, Vietnam imported 3,711 tons of pepper, worth 22.2 million USD. The main sources of supply came from Brazil (1,783 tons) and Cambodia (1,339 tons). Major importers included Olam Vietnam (672 tons), Vietnam Spices (304 tons), and Simexco Dak Lak (245 tons). The imports show that the strategy of storing, processing, and re-exporting is being promoted.
During the same period, Vietnam exported 11,721 tons of pepper, earning 79.1 million USD, more than three times the import volume. The leading exporters were Nedspice Vietnam (1,016 tons), Olam Vietnam (804 tons), and Simexco Dak Lak (800 tons). These enterprises also imported raw materials, reflecting an effective closed-loop business model.
China (1,904 tons) and the US (1,785 tons) were the two largest consumer markets. China increased imports due to recovering domestic demand, while the US remained stable with high quality requirements.
Pepper price today June 28 in the world market
In the world market, based on quotes from export enterprises and export prices in various countries, the International Pepper Community (IPC) has updated the prices of pepper of all types traded in the international market on June 27 (local time) as follows:
Indonesian Lampung black pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at $7,528 per tonne. Meanwhile, Muntok white pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at $10,169 per tonne.
Brazilian ASTA black pepper prices were unchanged from yesterday at $5,850/tonne.
Malaysia's ASTA black pepper price remained unchanged from yesterday at $9,000/ton. Meanwhile, the country's ASTA white pepper price remained unchanged from yesterday at $11,750/ton.
Prices of all types of pepper in Vietnam remained unchanged compared to yesterday. Of which, the price of Vietnamese black pepper 500 gr/l reached 5,800 USD/ton; 550 gr/l reached 5,900 USD/ton.
Similarly, Vietnam's white pepper price remained unchanged from yesterday at $8,800/ton.
