Nearly 400 businesses attend the Dialogue Conference in Lam Dong in 2025

On the morning of August 29, the leaders of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee chaired the Dialogue Conference with businesses in 2025. Nearly 400 domestic and foreign businesses, investors, credit institutions, and economic organizations in the province attended.

Comrade Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Vo Ngoc Hiep and Nguyen Ngoc Phuc chaired the Conference at the Lam Dong bridge of thousands of flowers.

The 2025 dialogue conference with businesses was organized by Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee in direct and online form with 3 connection points: Lam Dong of thousands of flowers, Lam Dong of blue sea and Lam Dong of great mountains.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi emphasized that this event was organized not simply as a dialogue, but also as a meeting for the government and businesses to share and understand each other better.

Where is right, where is wrong, both sides frankly share. Where is difficult, we solve it there. The ultimate goal is to go together, open up opportunities for each other to develop together”, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi shared.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that after nearly 2 months of merger, although there are still many difficulties, with great efforts, Lam Dong has initially achieved many positive results. Currently, Lam Dong has many great potentials and advantages. The province has identified the main pillars for development.

The 2025 Business Dialogue Conference was held directly at the Lam Dong Thousand Flowers bridge and connected online with the two Lam Dong Blue Sea and Lam Dong Great Mountains bridges.

First of all, regarding the mineral industry and renewable energy, Lam Dong has huge reserves of bauxite and titanium. The province is on the path of development and striving to become the largest aluminum industrial center in the country.

In terms of high-tech agriculture , Lam Dong is leading the country in this field. Among them, it is necessary to mention the flower area with about 500 hectares of land being cultivated by farmers and businesses. In addition, many agricultural products of the province have great value.

Businesses participating at the main bridge

Regarding tourism, Lam Dong is developing very strongly. Currently, many new tourism models have been attracting many domestic and foreign tourists such as: Farm tourism, resort tourism, medical tourism...

The province has great potential and advantages. However, to develop these potential and advantages, the most important thing is that the government and enterprises must work together. The government must create favorable conditions for enterprises and investors to operate. On the contrary, enterprises must proactively remove many difficulties and promote the progress of many projects for the province.

“We should spend precious time sharing with each other. Difficulties, shortcomings, thoughts and aspirations must be expressed so that we can listen and resolve them together. From there, we can create new resources, new momentum and achieve new results,” the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee directed.

In the first 8 months of 2025, Lam Dong had 2,216 newly established enterprises, with a registered capital of 11,700 billion VND . The whole province has 37 new investment projects approved in principle and granted Investment Registration Certificates , with a total investment capital of 13,706.85 billion VND, land area used of about 673.71 hectares. The whole province currently has 2,934 investment projects in operation , with a total investment capital of about 2 million billion VND . Of which, there are 235 FDI projects, with a total investment capital of 224,282 billion VND.
