Speaking at the gift-giving program, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and results that Phan Rang-Thap Cham City has achieved in implementing social security work and taking care of Tet for the poor, workers and laborers in difficult circumstances.
