At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies announced and handed over decisions to establish specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies, including: the Party Committee Inspection Commission, the Party Committee Organization Committee, the Party Committee Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, and the Party Committee Office; and at the same time announced decisions to appoint leadership positions of the Committees and the Party Committee Office.
Announce and hand over the decision to establish 12 new grassroots party organizations from consolidation, merger, and rearrangement, and at the same time appoint personnel for the Party Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary for the 2025-2030 term.
Specifically: The Party Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Office has the Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office Le Van Bao as Secretary; the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board has the Deputy Head Ho Ngoc Anh as Secretary; the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board has the Deputy Head Tran Ngoc Anh as Secretary; and the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Permanent Deputy Chairman Le Cong Huu as Secretary.
The Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee is headed by Deputy Head Nguyen Thanh Long as Secretary; the Party Cell of Le Duan Political School is headed by Principal Le Cong Toan as Secretary; the Party Cell of Quang Tri Newspaper, Radio and Television is headed by Editor-in-Chief Vo Nguyen Thuy as Secretary; the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Party Agencies is headed by Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Pham Tien Nam as Secretary.
The Party Committee of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council is headed by Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Chien Thang as Secretary; the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is headed by Permanent Vice Chairman Dao Manh Hung as Secretary; the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court is headed by Chief Justice Nguyen Huu Tuyen as Secretary; and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy is headed by Chief Prosecutor Nguyen Tien Hung as Secretary.

Speaking at the assignment, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai congratulated the Party Committee's advisory agencies that have been established; congratulated the grassroots party organizations that have been merged and consolidated; and the cadres that have been assigned and appointed to new positions.
It is recommended that members of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, and full-time Party officials of the provincial Party agencies need to be highly united and unanimous, and uphold the sense of responsibility of each individual to strive to successfully complete the set plan.
Strongly innovate leadership methods towards modernization, digitalization and administrative reform. Discipline must go hand in hand with flexibility and creativity in performing tasks. Urgently prepare for the first Provincial Party Congress of Party agencies, term 2025-2030. This is not only an important political event but also a historical milestone of the Party Committee.
