Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Giang A Tinh inspected the implementation of technical infrastructure projects in Nam Hang commune.

Accompanying the delegation were representatives of the leaders of the departments: Construction, Finance, Agriculture and Environment, Provincial Land Fund Development Center; representatives of the leaders of the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works; related contractors; Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Hang Commune.

Accordingly, Comrade Giang A Tinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Working Group inspected the implementation of the Infrastructure Project of Nam Nhun District Administrative Center (Phase III); inspected the handover and acceptance of the Clean Water Supply Plant Project of Nam Nhun Town, Nam Nhun District (Phase 1).

At the meeting, the representative of Nam Hang commune reported on the implementation of the Infrastructure Project of Nam Nhun District Administrative Center (Phase III). This is a project to transfer public investment programs and projects to implement a 2-level local government. The project belongs to the Technical Infrastructure project, Level II project, Group B project; the project implementation location is in Nam Nhun town (now Nam Hang commune, Lai Chau province). The objective of the Technical Infrastructure Construction Project of Nam Nhun District Administrative Center (Phase III) is to ensure synchronization of architectural and landscape plans; create favorable conditions for the operation of the administrative apparatus of Nam Nhun district, the travel needs and outdoor entertainment activities of the people of Nam Nhun district (now Nam Hang commune, Lai Chau province).

Representatives of the Department of Agriculture and Environment spoke at the meeting.

The project is implemented in 3 phases, investing in items including traffic roads, Central Square, leveling and planting trees... Currently, the compensation and site clearance work of the project is being actively implemented by functional units, the implementation packages are basically guaranteed according to the progress approved by competent authorities...

Leaders of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center spoke at the meeting.

Discussing at the meeting, representatives of units and localities raised a number of difficulties and obstacles in site clearance work; answered, resolved and oriented a number of issues related to site clearance compensation work, and at the same time requested Nam Hang commune to continue implementing solutions to strengthen propaganda and mobilization work, creating consensus among the people when the State reclaims land...

Comrade Giang A Tinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Giang A Tinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Nam Hang commune to proactively follow the regulations and legal basis to develop a land price list; strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to create consensus when the State reclaims land. Relevant departments, branches and units continue to strengthen coordination, remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of project implementation... to ensure project progress.
