Hoai Duc District Land Auction: First Lot Price Revealed at 103 Million VND/m2?

(Dan Tri) - Some people participating in the auction of 20 land lots in Hoai Duc district ( Hanoi ) shared that the winning price of the first land lot in the session was 103.3 million VND/m2.

According to Dan Tri reporter's records at 2:00 p.m. on November 4, the auction is entering round 9. As an investor participating in the auction, Ms. T. said that a 2-frontage land lot with an area of ​​145.5 square meters just had a winning price of 103.3 million VND/square meter, equivalent to a total value of about 15 billion VND.

She said there is currently no information about the price difference of this land lot. In the 9th auction round, there were many land lots priced at over 100 million VND/m2. According to her, today's auction will likely end soon.

At 3 p.m., some people were still waiting outside the auction area for the results. On the contrary, others accepted to go home empty-handed. Ms. H. (Hanoi) said that her family participated in the auction of 7 plots of land with the goal of winning 2 plots. However, at the end of the 8th round, all plots of land had increased to more than 80 million VND/m2. Seeing no chance of winning, her family gave up early.

Although the phones and vehicles of the auction participants were sealed, many real estate brokers outside were still very quick to grasp information inside the auction. These people continuously updated through the rounds. In addition, information about the prices was passed on from those who dropped out and left early.

As Dan Tri reported earlier, on the morning of November 4, Hoai Duc district (Hanoi) organized an auction of 20 land plots (Lots LK01 and LK02), belonging to the Technical Infrastructure project to auction land use rights in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc field.

The plots of land to be auctioned have an area of ​​89-145 m2/plot with a starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2. The deposit ranges from 130.8 million VND to nearly 212.6 million VND/lot. The auction is conducted by direct voting with a minimum of 6 rounds of ascending bids. The common step price is 6 million VND/m2.

The location of the 20 plots of land above is right next to 19 plots of land that Hoai Duc district auctioned last August.

Some auction participants said that this auction will not be as "hot" as the auction last August. The winning price will be equal to or lower than the price of 133 million VND/m2.
