Approval of detailed planning tasks for auctioned land of more than 77 hectares in Long Thanh district

(DN) - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha signed and issued Decision No. 1885/QD-UBND dated June 10 on approving the detailed urban planning task at a scale of 1/500 for the commercial service center and residential area according to the planning in Long Duc commune, Long Thanh district.

According to the decision, the above land area has an area of ​​more than 77 hectares, a population of 12-20 thousand people, and a planning ratio of 1/500.

The goal of the planning is to form a new commercial, service and residential center with a synchronous technical infrastructure system, functional zoning scale and land use indicators according to type III urban standards. Optimize land use, promote socio -economic development and strengthen the strategic position of the region. Take advantage of the development of Long Thanh International Airport and key traffic routes.

Requirements for the organization of planning of the Commercial Service Center and Residential Area according to the planning of Long Duc commune are studied on the basis of the orientation of forming a residential area with complete infrastructure and service facilities. Creating a legal basis for investment in construction, construction management, and environmental protection.

The specific planning research contents are: scope, area scale; project objectives; land, technical infrastructure and social infrastructure indicators; determining land use functions, area scale, population, land use indicators for each plot of land; determining requirements for space organization, landscape architecture for the entire planning area...

According to the 2025 land auction plan of the Provincial People's Committee, the total value of the above land according to the land price list is more than 4.7 trillion VND, and the handling of assets on the land has been basically completed. The approval of this detailed planning task is the basis for preparing a dossier to propose investment policies and sue the organization for auctioning land use rights.
