According to the Red Cross, the organization was handed over 14 Israeli hostages and 3 foreign hostages. Meanwhile, Hamas confirmed that it had handed over 13 Israeli hostages - including 9 children, 3 Thai citizens and 1 Russian to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

An Israeli official shared that the decision to release the dual Russian-Israeli citizen was part of the agreement between Russia and Hamas, so Israel was not involved in this agreement.

Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesman Majed Al-Ansari said that 39 Palestinians detained by Israel will be released on November 26.

Under the terms of the four-day ceasefire, Hamas will release 50 Israelis, including women and children. In return, Israel will release 150 Palestinian prisoners from Israeli jails, including women and teenagers.

Before the November 26 exchange, Hamas and Israel had released a total of 41 hostages and 78 prisoners.

In another development, on the same day, IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi announced that Tel Aviv will return to the war with Hamas to achieve its original goals, after the ceasefire ends.

The four-day ceasefire between Israel and the Islamist Hamas movement has entered its third day, with 41 hostages and 78 prisoners released by both sides.
