The achievements are a vivid demonstration of the aspiration to master core technology, create breakthrough momentum and enhance competitiveness, along with the national position in the integration process, for a strong Vietnam.

From the beginning, CT Group demonstrated a strong spirit and long-term vision through many breakthrough products. Notably, the first ADC chip developed by Vietnamese people in just 6 months - a record, paving the way for applications in defense, AI, UAVs and smart devices.

This is a strategic step in the journey of core technology autonomy. Accordingly, the group is deploying a chip design house system focusing on research and development of AI, IoT chips and chip lines applied in key areas such as UAV, defense, 5G/6G, sensors...

“The first time we launched the ADC chip design, it is a very important chip for Vietnam in the spirit of Resolution 57. Normally, this chip takes two years to complete, but we stuck with it, shortening it to only 6 months to meet the spirit of Resolution 57. That is the power of Resolution 57 that makes everyone very excited,” said Mr. Tran Kim Chung, Chairman of CT Group.

Not stopping there, CT Group pioneered the development of dual-use UAVs, integrating LiDAR and BIM technology for construction monitoring, land management and construction safety inspection. In particular, digital technologies developed by CT Group also support local authorities in the context of mergers, streamlining the apparatus and the policy of abolishing construction permits, when supervision must be based on comprehensive digital models, field data and automatic inspection systems.

Thanks to the Digital Twin platform, along with UAVs, AI and BIM, CT Group not only improves management efficiency but also meets the policy of modernizing supervision, transparency and construction quality control.

In addition to ADC and UAV chips, CT Group has developed smart management software solutions, AI-based automatic monitoring systems, IoT devices, smart urban platforms, and new-generation sensor modules. These products not only meet domestic demand but also have export potential, affirming the Vietnamese technology brand in the international arena.

At the same time, the Group has included 6 strategic technology sectors in the national product portfolio: semiconductors, 6G telecommunications, UAVs, gene and cell therapy, marginal space economy and digital transformation. The Digital Twin 15 project provides the largest data axis for the National Data Center, completes digital infrastructure, and enhances governance and monitoring capacity.

CT Innovation Hub 4.0 is developed as a comprehensive innovation ecosystem, connecting ideas, research and commercialization. After only 2 months, the center has welcomed more than 100 delegations, spreading the spirit of innovation, playing the role of a strategic bridge between researchers and businesses.

The Group builds a network of hundreds of domestic and foreign experts and scientists, cooperates with the AI Institute and Fulbright University Vietnam, creating a solid research foundation.

Within 6 months, CT Semiconductor (a member of CT Group) completed 2 "Train for the Trainer" courses to train ATP semiconductor chip technicians at NIC Hoa Lac, demonstrating its training capacity and core technology autonomy.

Projects such as the Concentrated Digital Technology Park, Space Ship One, Bac Tan Uyen High-Tech Industrial Cluster and Vinh Loc Lake Science-Cultural Ecological Park are also being implemented synchronously, contributing to improving the national science-technology infrastructure.

In particular, CT Group is determined to be self-reliant in mastering 9 core 4.0 technology industries: Semiconductors; artificial intelligence; UAV; green cryptocurrency; carbon credit exchange; zero-emission folding houses; electric cars - electric trains; quantum computers; genes and cells. This is a long-term orientation, affirming the strategic vision and determination to lead in technology, contributing to raising Vietnam's position in the international arena.

In addition, the company also promotes international cooperation, connecting with partners from the US, Taiwan (China), China, Indonesia and many advanced countries, implementing technology transfer suitable to Vietnam's conditions, realizing the aspiration of mastering technology.

Comrade Nguyen Van Duoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee emphasized: "CT Group's strategic steps - from designing AI, IoT, UAV chips... to packaging and testing, are clear evidence for promoting the endogenous resources of Vietnamese enterprises. The launch of the ADC chip design is not only a source of pride for CT Group but also contributes to realizing the aspiration of a Vietnam mastering core technology and reaching international standards."

In the first 6 months of implementing Resolution 57, CT Group successfully organized more than 42 large and small conferences with domestic and foreign universities and colleges on Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation.

In parallel, the series of programs “Youth Festival and Resolution 57” were designed specifically for students with a desire for innovation. In just 3 months of implementation, the program attracted more than thousands of excellent students from Ho Chi Minh City National University, Can Tho University, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University, etc.

Along with that, the Group launched the “Peace of mind to create” program with a starting salary of 20 million VND and an additional 10% bonus for students with excellent achievements, encouraging and attracting a young, dynamic and creative workforce. At the same time, it has widely deployed the “digital learning” movement by laying the foundation for creating a “Virtual University” of Innovation , aiming for a “Virtual Super University” integrating pioneering technologies to promote revolutionary training, research and application.

It can be said that after 6 months of implementing Resolution 57, CT Group has affirmed its position as the only enterprise that has successfully realized and owned a series of specific and tangible technology products. This is a convincing proof of the pioneering capacity and strong inspiration for the Vietnamese business community on the journey to master technology, affirming Vietnam's position on the global technology map.
