Ms. Dao Thi Bich Diem, Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center of Nghia Hanh Commune, Quang Ngai , said: " To operate the 2-level local government from July 1, the Center has previously advised the Commune People's Committee to invest in automatic number-picking kiosks. This means that in the past, people had to go to the counter to pick up a number and wait, but now people can sit at home to pick up a number and make an appointment, saving citizens' time as well as the time of civil servants sitting at the counter and returning results."
Not only the digital system, the Post Office staff also contributes to helping the commune level maintain smooth public services. Since yesterday, the Quang Ngai Provincial Post Office has arranged for Post Office staff to directly support at the Commune and Ward Public Administration Service Centers. All have been professionally trained and equipped with necessary equipment to serve.
“ All communes have postal staff who have been trained and given solid professional guidance to support people in digitizing the reception and filling out of information, and submitting online applications. How can we not make people worry about making online applications ?” Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hien, Director of Nghia Hanh - Minh Long Regional Post Office, said.
Not only receiving, the Post Office staff also accompanies the commune-level one-stop department in delivering results directly to the people, on time, at the right address. This is an important new point, helping to save effort and travel time.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Vy, Deputy Director of the Quang Ngai Provincial Post Office Business Center, shared: Postal staff will also guide after filling in the information on the digital side at the reception of the application. Then the final step is to return the results to the requested address of the people in the whole province. Ensuring that the people's application will be resolved quickly and promptly.
“ The center mobilizes part-time staff as well as post offices to support and guide people through procedures. It helps people perform online public services and all questions from people are guided by officials and civil servants. The purpose is to make people understand and be truly served by the administration ,” added Ms. Dao Thi Bich Diem.
