Mr. Nguyen Thanh Giang, a business owner in Thong Luu B hamlet, Vinh Loi commune, shared: “I plan to change the signboard to the new address in the next few days after the decision to merge the communes was made. Now that the union members and youth have come to support me wholeheartedly, my family is very happy.”

With the active support of the union members , in just one morning, dozens of signs in the commune were updated with the correct new address.
