Golden Square Lao Cai Social Housing Project is invested by the Joint Venture of Dong A Golden Square Joint Stock Company and Foodinco Quy Nhon Joint Stock Company (a member unit of Alphanam Group), located in a residential area adjacent to the extended B6 road, Lao Cai ward, Lao Cai province.
After the groundbreaking ceremony in late December 2024 with the presence of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh , the project has received special attention from the authorities and people of Lao Cai province. In the spirit of accompanying the locality in ensuring social security, creating a civilized urban appearance and sustainable development, the investor is committed to implementing the project according to three key objectives: fully complying with legal regulations, developing a synchronous utility system and ensuring construction progress.
After just over 6 months of implementation, the project has made its mark with impressive construction speed. To date, the 18th floor structure has been completed, and the two buildings N01A and N01B - part of phase 1 of the project - have officially been topped out.
The topping out ceremony of the Golden Square Lao Cai Social Housing Project took place as planned, affirming the investor's construction organization capacity and commitment to the schedule.
Speaking at the ceremony, the investor representative affirmed: "The topping out on schedule marks an important milestone in the project implementation process, a stepping stone towards the goal of completion and handing over houses to residents. Golden Square Lao Cai social housing is the investor's effort to change the mindset about social housing, so that every person with low and middle income can live in a modern and fully equipped space."
Golden Square Social Housing Project is a key project in the urban development planning of Lao Cai province, covering an area of over 42 hectares, including 4 buildings from 18 to 23 floors with a total of 2,189 apartments and a population of about 5,589 people. The total investment is up to 2,085 billion VND, the project is implemented from 2024 to 2029, in which phase 1 focuses on building two buildings N01A and N01B with a total of 638 apartments.
The project was designed by Salvador Pérez Arroyo and Associates Architects, planned with modern and synchronous infrastructure and utility systems such as: kindergarten, children's playground, entertainment center, smart parking lot, outdoor sports field, flower garden... with the desire to bring residents a comfortable and ideal living environment in the center of Lao Cai ward.
The topping out ceremony of the Golden Square Lao Cai social housing project marks the close cooperation between the investor and accompanying units towards the goal of completion on schedule.
The investor has selected reputable contractors such as Delta Group, Delta-V, Delta Vietnam, supervision consultant Coninco, electromechanical contractor Alphanam E&C and the best suppliers such as FUJIALPHA elevator, Hoang Long Cement... to ensure the best progress and product quality.
Previously, on March 31, the lobby space of the Golden Square Lao Cai social housing apartment was completed with a modern and luxurious design that is not inferior to high-end apartments; on April 30, the model apartment of the project continued to be launched, bringing customers a real experience of the quality and living space at Golden Square Lao Cai social housing.

The topping out of N01A building is not only the next achievement in the project implementation process, but also demonstrates the investor's strong commitment to concretizing the Government's major policy of developing at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period of 2021-2030. This is also a practical action to contribute to solving the housing problem for local people, promoting the sustainable development of the real estate market.
