The 2025 Ministry of Public Security assessment exam has over 23,000 candidates registered to take the exam, an increase of about 5,000 candidates compared to 2024. This year's exam is held at 8 examination councils of the People's Public Security academies and schools with a total of more than 1,000 examination rooms at 35 examination sites. According to reports from the examination councils, on the official exam day, nearly 23,000 candidates participated in the exam, achieving a high rate.
The transportation of exam papers from the Ministry's printing and copying facility to the Examination Councils took place safely and on time as planned. "In general, the school comrades, secretaries, supervisors, invigilators, service staff, and security guards have seriously performed their duties, tasks, and procedures according to the admission regulations. Most candidates strictly followed the admission regulations, only 1 candidate violated the regulations and was handled according to the regulations. According to the plan, after the end of the exam, the examination councils will carry out the marking, organize independent marking and combine with the results of the multiple-choice test, and unanimously announce the exam scores on July 18.
It is expected that on August 20, based on the data exchange of the Ministry of Education and Training , the academies and schools of the People's Public Security will announce the admission results and the list of candidates admitted to the new regular university to the Public Security of units and localities and announce it on the mass media.
The procedures for enrollment and admission for candidates admitted to new regular universities in 2025 will be carried out between September 23-27.
