Key contents of cooperation include: development of transport infrastructure, tourism, trade and investment promotion, adaptation to climate change, development of science and technology and digital transformation, human resource training and healthcare .
Some specific contents include: Supporting the construction of a hub in Ca Mau province associated with the raw material area for aquatic products in coastal areas; Calling for investment in renewable energy projects (wind power, solar power, production of clean energy, green hydrogen, green ammonia); Supporting connection and cooperation with ASEAN countries to export electricity; Calling for tourism development projects at Ca Mau Cape National Tourist Area, Thi Tuong Dam Tourist Area.
In addition, Ca Mau proposed that Ho Chi Minh City support the organization of seminars on specific mechanisms and policies for the development of the Ca Mau Cape region; organize investment promotion conferences in Ho Chi Minh City, especially for infrastructure projects in the Nam Can Economic Zone and industrial parks and clusters in the province.
